The serious answer is that if you are looking for fluent speakers, you will find more Esperantists. I also noticed that the Klingon Language Institute has an Esperanto introduction [kli.org] whereas no Klingon speakers have done a similar page for the Universala Esperanto-Asocio [uea.org]. That says something about the relative availability of translators for the two languages.
